Can You Vape After Eating or Drinking?
You Will Get Dehydrated Soon
The main purpose
of a vaping device is to convert water into vapours after getting mixed with
nicotine oils and flavours. When you try to vape right after you eat or drink,
it will not only soak the water but also leave your body dehydrated. Whether it
is summer or winter, begin dehydrated is the last thing you would want as it
will make you feel continuous dizziness, nausea, and can also can faintness.
Vaper’s Tongue Risk
If you are already
habitual of vaping after your meals, you are most likely to develop vaper’s
tongue. You will suddenly start disliking your favourite vape flavour and feel
unable to enjoy the taste of the food you are eating. You will feel like the
water is bitter no matter how good and clean it is. Vaper’s tongue is a
potentially serious issue as it directly affects your taste buds. In some
cases, the condition lasts for at last 2 days. However, if serious, you can
suffer from the condition for 2 weeks or more.
Sting Like Feeling
It is natural for
us not to go in the detail of the ingredients and other things of our meals. We
just sit on the table and enjoy the taste and aroma of the food. However, you
can never be sure that the vapours won’t react to the food traces in your mouth
and stomach. Some people who vape right after vaping have reported sting like
feeling in their mouth ad tongue. This is a sort of reaction that happens when
the nicotine and vapours mix with the food traces still in your mouth and on
your tongue. If the reaction is serious, you can get serious mouth infections.
Poor Digestion
You may think that
your digestive system cannot get affected with vaping because you don’t inhale
the vapours. Most of the people say that it might affect the lungs but not the
stomach. Vaping does affect your digestive system, especially if you tend to
vape after eating or drinking. If you are a vaper who is continuously suffering
from diarrhoea or constipation try changing your vape time and you’ll see the
difference.
