Bakeries can produce large quantities of items in such little time because of equipment. Cake Depositors

Cake Depositors are used to depositing cake batters into pans. Batters can be poured by hands in the pans but we should go for accuracy and ensure swiftness to increase the productivity and the result. Cake Depositors are also used to deposit bread batters into pans. You can decorate the entire circumference of a cake in seconds.

Proof Boxes

Dough can takes two hours or more to proof depends upon the thickness. Bakeries need a quicker turnaround so they use proof boxes. Proof boxes are high-temperature boxes that are used to proof doughs in 15 minutes. Proof boxes are also used to provide more moisture in the dough. Proof boxes produce a moist and flaky bread or crust.

Refrigerators
